JAPAN EAST TO WEST – 14 Days
This route moves across Japan from Tokyo through Hakone, Kanazawa, Kyoto, Hiroshima and Osaka, following a natural line without unnecessary backtracking. It brings together the main cities with a small number of well-placed contrasts along the way.
How this route works
The journey builds gradually from east to west, with each stop linking naturally to the next. Travel is broken into manageable sections, allowing time in each place to experience it properly rather than constantly moving.
Guided days can be included where they add context, particularly in Tokyo, Kanazawa, Kyoto and Hiroshima, while the rest of the time remains more open.
